Doctor: Good afternoon, Mr. Johnson. The surgery went very well, though you might still experience some swelling and bruising for a few days.
Mr. Johnson: That’s great to hear, doctor. Is there anything specific I should avoid?
Doctor: Avoid heavy lifting and strenuous activity for at least two weeks—also, avoid direct sun exposure on the incision site. You can still do light movements, though.
Mr. Johnson: Understood. And what about the pain?
Doctor: The pain should be manageable with the painkillers I've prescribed and you might feel some stiffness in the mornings. Just keep the dressing clean, and everything should be fine.
Médico: Boa tarde, Sr. Johnson. A cirurgia correu muito bem, embora você ainda possa sentir algum inchaço e hematomas por alguns dias.
Sr. Johnson: Isso é ótimo de ouvir, doutor. Há algo específico que eu deva evitar?
