Morning, guys. I'm Siobhan, a second-year medical resident. I just got to the hospital.
It's a good old Saturday and I'm starting a 26-hour shift. So honestly, I'm gonna be spending most of the day in this room.
As a senior resident, I'll be doing all the consults coming from the emergency department, getting admitted to the internal medicine service.
So at this point, it's a waiting game. Whenever the emergency department calls, I'll go see their patients.

É um "bom e velho" sábado e estou começando um turno de 26 horas. Então, honestamente, vou passar a maior parte do dia nesta sala.
Como residente senior, farei todas as consultas provenientes da emergência, sendo internados no serviço de clínica médica.
Então, no momento, é um jogo de espera. Sempre que a emergência/pronto-socorro ligar, eu irei ver seus pacientes.
